If you’ve ordered multiple items, you may receive them in separate parcels. That’s because we ship from two fulfilment centres depending on stock and origin: one in the UK (for priority delivery collection) and one overseas (China) for items that are stocked there. Each parcel may have a different courier and tracking number, and also a different delivery timeframe.

• UK-stocked items: typically arrive in 2–4 business days.
  
• China-stocked items: typically arrive in 5–14 business days.

This approach helps us keep a wide product selection while still offering fast options for UK-stocked goods.

Yes. In the checkout page, you’ll clearly see the corresponding delivery timeframe in the shipping method section. Items with 2–4 day delivery are shipped from our UK fulfilment centre, while items with 5–14 day delivery are shipped from our international warehouse.
