The VC30F-S optical heart rate sensor records heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate variability (HRV), and stress levels continuously. Skin temperature measurement and sleep tracking — including sleep stages and duration — are also available via the QRing app. Body fatigue assessment data is recorded alongside daily health metrics. Gesture control and remote photo capture
The R09 supports gesture-based interaction: a double-tap navigates through videos and a hand motion triggers photo capture on the paired phone camera. The find ring function locates the ring via the QRing app. A female cycle reminder feature tracks and records cycle data — it does not provide medical or clinical assessments. GPS is not supported — the R09 has no built-in GPS and does not use app-based phone location.
