Plug the desk pad into a standard UK mains socket (230V/50Hz — the pad is rated for 220–230V/50Hz). Press the touch control to power on. The pad starts at the last-used temperature setting. Tap again to step up through the five presets: 30, 35, 40, 45, 50°C. After one hour of continuous use the display flashes; tap the control to reset the one-hour timer. The pad shuts down automatically after 4 hours. To resume, press the touch control again.

What does the break prompt do?
After one hour of continuous use the LED display flashes as a prompt to take a break from the desk. Tap the touch control to dismiss the flash and reset the one-hour timer. The pad continues heating — temperature does not change when the prompt appears.
Will it stay on all day?
No. The pad shuts down automatically after 4 hours of continuous use. To resume heating, press the touch control to power it back on. The memory function means it returns to the last-used temperature at power-on.
Can I use a mouse on it?
Yes. The PU upper surface is compatible with standard optical and laser mice. The surface texture is suitable for everyday mouse tracking. Test with your specific mouse before committing to the setup if you use a specialist mouse or mat-dependent sensor.
